$2.00 per minute (5 minute minimum)

*All sessions can include brief introductions, setting intention, offering long distance Reiki, and personal spiritual downloads.  Receiver of services recognizes they are purchasing the Reiki practitioner's time along with Reiki healing.  Therefore, the receiver of services can choose all their time to be used solely for Reiki or to process feelings before and after receiving some Reiki and insights.

"For quite a while, I have had difficulty with my right shoulder.  At its worst, my range of motion was seriously limited, and there was significant pain.  I had tried physical therapy and CBD from time to time, with limited relief.  Marty offered to try and help me with my shoulder.  I was astounded that it could be done remotely!  

He worked with me over the phone for a couple days in a row.  My role was to relax and think about the areas from where the discomfort seemed to be emanating.  Our calls were less than an hour in length and during the first one, I was vaguely aware of a sense of warmth in my shoulder.  There was a slightly greater warmth the second day.  The night after the session, my shoulder was much more comfortable than it had been in a while, and I slept like an absolute log!  When I woke up I felt fabulous and my shoulder seemed more flexible than usual.  After the second session, my range of motion was definitely improved.

"In June 2020, a sweet, 18-year old beagle/terrier pup, named Perrita, joined my family after an elderly neighbor died.  Perrita was in pretty bad shape when she arrived (i.e. eye infections, ear infection, bladder infection, stage 2 of kidney failure, extreme gingivitis, large tumor on her tongue and her appetite was waning).  I had offered to take care of Perrita a year prior when I noticed my neighbor's dementia was progressing.  Unfortunately, my neighbor would not (or could not) admit she was not taking the best care of Perrita; and the neighbor's family, whom I contacted on Perrita's behalf, did not  care!

My Western Vet cleared Perrita''s eye, ear and bladder infections and consulted with me on a proper diet for Perrita, considering her kidney condition.  I agreed with the Vet that Perrita was not a candidate for an invasive tongue surgery or teeth cleaning given her age and the associated risks of anesthesia, especially since a slight hear murmur had been detected.  However, I wanted Perrita to be comfortable and happy for as long as she was with me. 

I am a big fan of acupuncture and reiki given the positive effects they have had on my other fur children in the past.  Unfortunately, Perrita did not respond well to acupuncture; and I had no previous experience with long-distance reiki so was uncertain as to its effectiveness.  Furthermore, the intentions of the last Reiki Master I engaged for my fur children had shifted from initially being focusing on directing healing universal energy to focusing on how many sessions in a package she could get me to buy upfront before she would schedule an appointment!

As a result, I was uncertain as to where to turn until I met Marty Abdo while we were volunteering at a local horse rescue pre-covid; and I observed the positive effect he had on the horses to which he was offering reiki.  Therefore, I contacted Marty to see if he would be willing to work with Perrita and was thrilled to witness the transformation in Perrita which I attributed to Marty's pure intentions and reiki skill and experience!  Even my Western Vet acknowledged it seemed to be helping Perrita as evidenced by periodic blood tests which showed her kidney disease was stable; the tumor on her tongue was not growing; and her mental alertness and physical stamina had improved!  One of the horse trainers at the horse rescue where Perrita loved to walk around the property, even asked if Perrita was the same dog after she started receiving reiki, because her energy level had so improved from when she initially met Perrita!  In addition, I appreciated Marty's calming influence, communicative style, empathetic nature, listening skills and professionalism!

I do not consider reiki a substitute for proper veterinary care, but it can compliment the veterinary care an animal receives with astoundingly positive results.  Perrita is an example of that.  Unfortunately, I lost Perrita to a fatal brain aneurysm in February 2021 which I was told was not uncommon in elderly pets.  While neither proper veterinary care nor reiki were able to prevent the aneurysm, I do believe the reiki as offered by Marty Abdo was directly responsible for helping me keep Perrita comfortable and the happiest for the months I was blessed to have her as part of my family.  For that, I will always be thankful to him and highly recommend him to anyone who truly cares for their pets as family."
